Don't let a missed call become a missed opportunity! Vodafone Voicemail answers your calls when you can't and lets your caller leave a message for you.

Check your messages anytime by dialling into Voicemail on 121 (charges may apply, check pricing details in your plan). You can even return the call directly from Voicemail using the Call Return function.

How do I get Voicemail?

  • Make sure your unanswered calls will be picked up by Voicemail. Dial 1211 (free from your Vodafone mobile) to set up these call diversions.
  • Did you know that callers are more likely to leave a message when they hear a personalised greeting? Dial into Voicemail on 121 to set up your mailbox and record your greeting.

CALLscreen

A personal answering service for your business.

When you can't get to incoming calls, CALLscreen diverts them to a friendly Vodafone operator who greets your callers, takes their messages, and sends them to your mobile phone as a TXT. You can even personalise the Vodafone operator's greeting and change it throughout the day to suit your circumstances.

How do I get CALLscreen?

  • You can activate Call Screen using My Vodafone � click here for full details. Alternatively call Business Care on 1555 (from your Vodafone mobile) or 135 888
  • Personalise your service by calling our Call Screen operators on 1555.

CALLscreen charges

Vodafone business customers with 1 to 49 connections on their account are charged a flat fee of 5.5 cents for diverted calls less than 10 seconds, or a flat fee of 99 cents for anything over.

Corporate customers with 50 or more connections on their account are charged 0 cents for diverted calls less than 10 seconds, or a flat fee of 66 cents for anything over.
