The BlackBerry® Internet Service is a fully integrated solution that provides push email from webmail services including Gmail, Hotmail and Yahoo! mail directly to your BlackBerry® smartphone. It lets you easily mobilise up to ten different accounts and manage your calendar and contacts, and browse the web.
The BIS (BlackBerry® Internet Service) pack is included in a range of our plans. If you don't already have this included, you can add it by calling your Business Account Manager. Once your account has been set up with a BIS pack, you can set up your email accounts directly from your BlackBerry® smartphone.

It works with any BIS (BlackBerry® Internet Service) pack or a BlackBerry® Enterprise plan and has no additional software fees or user license fees.
BES Express is designed to support up to 75 BlackBerry® smartphone users if it is installed and runs on the same server that runs Microsoft Exchange 2003, 2007, 2010 or Windows Small Business Server 2003 or 2008.5 This eliminates the need to purchase an additional server. If you require more than 75 users, BIS Express can be installed on a separate server(s).

Before setting up your BlackBerry® smartphone, be sure to insert your fully charged battery and SIM card. You can refer to your BlackBerry® user guide to help you get started.
