CALLconference lets you call up to 6 team members from your Vodafone mobile using a short dial code.
CALLconference is only available to business voice plan customers on the Single Business Cap with Mobile Office and any Shared Business Cap or Enterprise Choice plan. For more information on each plan click here:
How to set up a CALLconference
1. Open a call to one of your team members.
2. When they answer, dial in the next team member. There’s no need to put the first call on hold.
3. Keep repeating step 2 until you have dialled in all participants. You can have up to 6 team members in the CALLconference including the originator.
4. Once all team members participating in the CALLconference are dialled in, press 3 and SEND to join all the calls into the CALLconference.
5. The CALLconference remains open until the person who originated the call hangs up.
