Usage Details
  • Usage details are grouped according to the type used through the month. The summary displays the date, time, number dialled, duration and the total amount charged.

  • If usage is part of your plan entitlements, this is shown in the Inclusions, Total Amount and Amount columns.

The Inclusions column will show if the item was Incl = Included, Excl = Excluded, or Part = Partially included in your entitlement.

The Original Amount column shows the normal price of the usage item before it was included in your entitlement.

The Amount column shows the total cost to you after your entitlements and/or discounts have been deducted.

  • Data usage includes such activities as viewing websites, downloading music and content, viewing social network sites like Facebook and Twitter, and reading and responding to emails among other things.

Your bill lists a summary of the total kilobytes (KB) that have been uploaded and downloaded to your handset or device each day.

The total usage is represented as either kilobytes (KB), megabytes (MB) or gigabytes (GB) depending on how much you have used over the month.

A simple way to calculate this is:

    • 1000 kilobytes (KB) = 1 megabyte (MB)
    • 1000 megabytes (MB) = 1 gigabyte (GB)
  • The total charge for your usage is shown in the highlighted panel at the bottm of the page. If you go over your plan entitlements, or use products and services not included, these items will be charged in addition to your monthly plans & services charge. Always refer to your plan details for clarification on your connection entitlement.

All usage is shown on your bill exclusive of GST.
