Lodge a claim online You need to read and understand the Cover me Mobile Insurance policy as there are specific exclusions and conditions which apply to the cover. All claims must be reported to Vodafone Customer Care as soon as possible after discovery to ensure Your SIM card and phone is blocked. Then Lodge a claim online at www.vodafone.com.au/insuranceclaim and if you have any queries call the Vodafone Cover me Mobile Insurance Service Team at Marsh on 1800 808 743 from 9am to 6pm EST Monday to Friday (excluding national public holidays). |

| Personal Unblocking Key (PUK) | |

The Personal Unblocking Key (PUK) code is an eight digit code specific to your SIM card and is required when the PIN code is entered incorrectly three times on your mobile. You’re then given 10 attempts to enter the PUK code. Register and/or login at My Vodafone. Once you’ve logged in, select My Phone and then Settings Summary. The PUK code is located under Mobile Information. NB: If your phone is asking for the PUK code and you are not already registered for My Vodafone you will need to contact Vodafone Customer Care on 1300 650 410 to obtain your PUK code information. |

Once you've registered, simply log on and select 'My Account' to view or pay (we will send you a TXT telling you that your bill is ready). Payment is quick and easy.
