LGBTQI+ & Friends Network
Launched in 2017, Our LGBTQI+ & Friends network, Connect, proudly promotes equality and individuality. The network creates a community of LGBTQI+ employees and advises our business on how we can be more supportive of everyone. To support the wider community, we sponsored the lifetime achievement award at the 2017 and 2018 Australian LGBTI Awards. We also support Wear It Purple, National Coming Out Day, and promoted equality in the 2017 marriage postal vote. From 2018 to 2021, we were the official and exclusive mobile services sponsor of the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras. We also partner with Pride in Diversity to promote diversity within the company.
