Regardless of whether you order online or over the phone, depending on your location, if the device
is in stock and you order before 12pm on a business day, you’ll get your device delivered to you the
next business day at no extra cost.

You may be asked by the delivery provider to sign for the order or show your photo ID.

We’ll deliver your order to your home address. 

Alternate address

We can deliver your order to an alternative address that isn’t your home, such as a business address.

Click and Collect

If you order online, you can pick up your device from selected Vodafone stores. 

Ring and Collect

With Ring and Collect, you can give us a call and then pick up in-stock devices from selected Vodafone stores.

How does Click and Collect work?

With Click and Collect, you can place an order online and collect it from selected Vodafone stores if we have it in stock.

Here are the steps.

Visit the Vodafone website and find what you need.

Depending on stock and your location, you’ll be shown the closest Vodafone stores that you can pick up from.

Place your order online.

Receive an SMS when your order is ready to pick up.

Pick up your new device from the Vodafone store within 48 hours of receiving the SMS.

If you can’t pick up your device within 48 hours, give us a call on 1300 650 410.

How does Ring and Collect work?

With Ring and Collect, you can order a new device with a plan over the phone and collect it from selected Vodafone stores if we have it in stock.

Here are the steps.

Give us a call on 1300 100 515. 

Order your new device with a plan.

Depending on stock and your location, our team will advise the best Vodafone store to pick it up from.

Reply to the SMS confirming your order.

Pick up the new device from the Vodafone store within 72 hours.

If you don’t pick up your device within 72 hours, give us a call on 1300 100 515.

What if the device I want is not available for Ring and Collect?

If the device you want is not available for you to pick up at a nearby Vodafone store, then you can choose to have it delivered instead to your home address or an alternative address.

Does the delivery date change if I order multiple items at once?

We deliver everything together. So we’ll wait until all your items are in stock before delivering them to you.

Do I need to sign for my device when it’s delivered?

You will be asked by the delivery provider to sign for the order and you may need to show your photo ID.

If you’re unavailable to sign for your order or show your photo ID, your order will be taken to a local collection point. It’s best that you choose a delivery address where you’ll be available to sign.

Can I have my device delivered to a PO box?

No, unfortunately we don’t deliver to PO boxes.
