Accessories Payment Plan
Accessories may be purchased on an Accessory Payment Plan (APP) over 12, 24 or 36 months duration (Commitment Period). The outright price of your chosen accessory (as set by Vodafone at your time of purchase) will be spread in equal instalments over your chosen Commitment Period. Once chosen, your Commitment Period is fixed (unless you elect to pay your total remaining balance in full in one instalment). APP is only available to eligible customers who connect (and remain connected to) an active and eligible Postpaid Plan (Eligible Plan) and must agree to and pass a credit check. If you cancel your Eligible Plan or your APP, your APP will also automatically cancel and 100% of remaining APP instalments plus any outstanding charges on your Eligible Plan will be applied to your next bill. Minimum monthly spend and terms and conditions apply for Eligible Plan. You can have a max of 5 APP per Eligible Plan. Each APP can have up to 10 accessories. Not available online. Full T&C apply.

Accessories Discount
The Discounted Accessories are available to Vodafone postpaid mobile customers who (i) purchase the accessories on an Accessory Payment Plan (APP) over 12, 24 or 36 months and (ii) agree to a credit check. This is not a permanent offer and is subject to change. If you cancel or disconnect the service your APP is attached to, you will need to pay out the remaining balance of your APP. For an APP, the reduced monthly price will continue to be charged for the length of your chosen commitment period (i.e. if your plan is 24 months, the price will be charged each month for 24 months). If you cancel your APP, the remaining repayments will be charged out at the reduced monthly price rate times months remaining as a lump sum on your final bill. Total min cost is the Reduced Monthly Price times the number of months on your chosen Accessory Payment Plan. Not for commercial/resale purposes or exchangeable/redeemable for cash.

Device Discount
Device Discount is a discount off the device RRP and is only available to eligible new and upgrading customers who purchase a device with a device repayment period of 12, 24 or 36 months, and sign up or upgrade, and stay connected to an eligible Consumer Postpaid Mobile Plan (‘Eligible Plan’). Device Discounts vary depending on the device (as advertised), and some Device Discounts may only be available when you stay connected to an Eligible Plan over 24 or 36 months (ie. some Device Discounts may not be available for a repayment period of 12 months). Not applicable for customers purchasing a device outright. The Device Discount will apply for the length of your chosen device repayment period (12/24/36 months). If you cancel your plan or your device repayment, your Device Discount will be forfeited, and you must pay out your device on your next bill at the undiscounted rate (i.e. 100% of remaining device repayments at full RRP x months remaining). Device Discount will not be forfeited if you rate plan change but will be forfeited if you change to an ineligible plan, such as a SIM Only plan. Your monthly device repayments may vary depending on your chosen repayment period (12/24/36 months) and are applied as a monthly recurring credit against the device repayment. Device Discount is subject to change and not a permanent offer. You can only have one Device Discount per service at any one time. After your device repayment period has ended, your Device Discount will also end but your monthly plan costs will remain. Offer available in conjunction with other offers. 4G

5G
Vodafone’s 5G Network is progressively being rolled out to selected parts of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and Perth. 5G approved device required, with an eligible Vodafone plan, in a Vodafone 5G Coverage area to access the 5G Network. In non-5G coverage areas, you’ll automatically switch to our 4G networks. Actual speeds vary due to location & network congestion. New and qualified returning subscribers only. A$12.99 per month after free trial. Only one offer per Apple ID, and only one offer per family if you’re part of a Family Sharing group, regardless of the number of devices you or your family purchase. Apple Fitness+ Offer
Three months Apple Fitness+ available to approved new and existing Vodafone customers outright or, who purchase an Apple Watch Series 6, Apple Watch SE or Apple Watch Series 7 (eligible device) on an Accessories Payment Plan (APP) over 12, 24 or 36 months (period). Must redeem Apple Fitness+ within 90 days from activating the eligible device. After three months, plan automatically renews and customers pay $14.99 per month until cancelled via the App store. Apple Fitness+ requires a subscription.

If you cancel your Accessories Payment Plan (APP), you will need to pay out the remainder of your device as a once-off payment on your next bill.

Accessories Payment Plan
Accessories Payment Plan (APP) enables Vodafone postpaid customers to buy accessories and pay for them in instalments over 12, 24 or 36 months (Period). Your accessory price is spread in equal instalments over the Period (APP Instalments). Your APP Instalments will appear on your monthly bill. Under the APP, you own the accessories; you must pay your APP Instalments at the same time and in the same way as you pay for your Vodafone7 service even if your APP accessories are lost, damaged or stolen. Your APP spend can range from $30 up to your credit approval limit. If during your APP commitment Period you cancel your APP or postpaid plans, the balance of your APP Instalments is payable. You can pay the remainder of your APP and terminate your APP at any time by contacting us. We will notify you of the amount you need to pay to satisfy the remainder of your APP total amount and it will be displayed on your next bill. Once we receive your payment for this amount in cleared funds, your APP will be terminated and you will not be required to pay any further APP Instalments. You can have a max of 5 APP per postpaid plan. Each APP can have up to 10 accessories. Not available online. Not for commercial or resale purposes, transferable or redeemable for cash. If you cancel, upgrade or change your Vodafone Large or Extra Large Promo Month to Month Plan before 36 months, your remaining Credit will be forfeited and your MPP will auto cancel and 100% of the remaining handset instalments will be applied to your next bill. Recurring monthly plan fee charged until the end of the month in which you cancel.

The $69 Large Promo Plan includes a credit of up to $1099 and the Extra Large Promo plan includes a credit of up to $1299,when you stay connected to your plan for 36 months (Credit). The Credit is applied to your account in instalments each month for a maximum of 36 months. Therefore in order to receive the Credit in full you must stay connected to your plan for 36 months. If you cancel, upgrade or change your plan before 36 months you will forfeit any remaining Credit and your remaining undiscounted MPP instalments will be due in full on your final bill. The Credit is not refundable, transferable, or redeemable for cash.

$5 Roaming – Vodafone Promo plans
Use your included data, call and text allowances in Eligible Countries and in-flight on eligible partner airlines for an additional $5 per day. However data capped at speeds up to 1.5, 2, 10 or 25Mbps is not accessible while $5 Roaming. Eligible Countries and eligible partner airlines are subject to change, see current list and full details here www.vodafone.com.au/roaming. Available to eligible customers, see terms for details specific to your plan. $5 Daily Charge is in addition to minimum monthly spend. Once your included data is exhausted, additional data will be automatically added at a charge of $5/GB ($0.005/MB) (“Additional Roaming Data”). Additional Roaming Data expires at the end of your next billing period, is shareable (excludes plans with unlimited data which do not share data) and can only be used while in Eligible Countries and in-flight on eligible partner airlines. International Minutes – Vodafone Promo plans
International Talk Zone 1 Countries may change, see here for list of current countries. Calls charged in 1 minute increments. If you exhaust your Zone 1 allowance or you make a call outside the included countries (including any Zone 2 countries), you will be charged on top of your minimum monthly spend at our standard international Pay-As-You-Go rates which are subject to change; see here for current rates. Data on Vodafone Promo plans
No excess data charges in Australia. All data for use in Australia within the Vodafone Network coverage area. Vodafone Extra Large Plans include an included data allowance (which is data at the fastest speed the Vodafone network can deliver to you, depending on your handset and the time and place you are using your data), which will be used first; thereafter, data is available at speeds of up to 2Mbps until your next billing month. With 2Mbps you can check your socials, browse the web and stream music but is not suitable for HD video. Tethering is permitted from your mobile to personal devices only but must not be used in a modem or as a substitute for a home internet service. Heavy data users may experience slower speeds than other users during busy periods.
