Data on Vodafone Infinite Plans
No excess data charges in Australia. All data for use in Australia within the Vodafone Network coverage area. Vodafone Infinite Plans include an included data allowance (which is data at the fastest speed the Vodafone network can deliver to you, depending on your handset and the time and place you are using data) which will be used first; thereafter data is available at speeds of up to 2Mbps until your next billing month. With 2Mbps you can check your socials, browse the web and stream music but is not suitable for HD video. For more information, check out our speed guide. Tethering is permitted from your mobile phone to your other personal devices only, but must not be used in a modem or as a substitute for a home internet service. Heavy data users may experience slower speeds than other users during busy periods. Actual speeds you reach will continually vary depending on many factors such as device capabilities, location, network congestion, network coverage, if you are roaming and if you are a heavy data user. Bundle & Save
Bundle & Save discounts are available to (a) new customers who connect two or more Eligible Plans on the same billing account; OR (b) existing customers with an Eligible Plan who: add one or more eligible services to their billing account or who upgrade or switch an ineligible Plan to an Eligible Plan; OR (c) existing customers who have two Eligible Plans.
Eligible Plans are: All Postpaid voice plans of $30 and above released on or after July 25 2018 (excluding Assured Plan, Business Flex Plans, BYOD Plans, Extra Large Plans, Large Promo and Extra Large Promo Plans); Tablet Plans of $30 and above released on or after June 27 2018; Modem Plans of $20 and above released on or after July 2 2020; Vodafone Infinite Data Plans of $20 and above. Excludes nbn™ Plans, 4G Home Internet Plans and 5G Home Internet Plans.
Customers will receive a percentage discount off each Eligible Plan’s access fees (5% off two plans, 10% off three plans, 15% off four plans or 20% off five or more plans) when active on a single billing account. Note MPP, APP or Add-On fees are not discounted. The Bundle & Save discount is calculated from the first full bill cycle and updated monthly as eligible services are added or removed. Any second service discounts are replaced by the applicable Bundle & Save discount. If early exit fees apply to an Eligible Plan they are calculated using the undiscounted amount x months remaining. Half price on SIM Only plan fees offer
Plan fee discount available to both (i) approved new customers with an eligible Vodafone billing address in select postcodes signing up to an eligible Vodafone Infinite Plan: Small SIM Only Plan; Medium SIM Only Plan; or Large SIM Only Plan (‘Eligible Plan’); and (ii) approved existing customers with an eligible Vodafone billing address in select postcodes adding an additional Eligible Plan to their account (‘Eligible Customers’). Customers who do not have a Vodafone billing address with a select postcode are not eligible for this offer. Offer available from 28/03/2025 and is available until withdrawn (‘Promotional Period’). Sharing Data
If you have more than one Vodafone Infinite (excluding Ultra+ Plans), Vodafone BYOD, Plus, Team, Extra Large Plan, Vodafone Large Promo, Vodafone Extra Large Promo Plan or Vodafone Infinite Data Plans on your billing account, the included data allowances on those services will automatically combine into one pool which will be shared between eligible users. Data capped at speeds up to 1.5, 2, 10 or 25Mbps is not shareable. Data sharing is only available for up to 10 services. The data included in any other plan on your account which is not a Vodafone Infinite (excluding Ultra+ Plan), Vodafone BYOD, Plus, Team, Extra Large Plan, Vodafone Large Promo, Vodafone Extra Large Promo Plan or Vodafone Infinite Plan is not shareable with Vodafone Infinite (excluding Ultra+ Plan), Vodafone BYOD, Plus, Team, Extra Large Plan, Vodafone Large Promo, Vodafone Extra Large Promo Plan or Vodafone Infinite Data Plans and vice versa. You can find out which plans support sharing or you can opt-out of sharing altogether at any time by calling 1555.
Network Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re a new customer and you’ve signed up to any new postpaid mobile, mobile broadband or Home Internet plan and you don't love our network within the first 30 days of sign-up, or in the case of a Vodafone nbn® or Vision plan within the first 30 days of service activation, you’re welcome to cancel by calling 1300 551 198 (excludes upgrades and rate plan changes). You will only have to pay for those services you’ve used or for charges incurred, that are not included in your plan, up until your number or nbn® or Vision service is fully transferred and return your device or modem and equipment in original packaging with proof of purchase returned to a Vodafone (not dealer) store within 10 days of your claim. Where you have an individual plan, you can make one claim per year per person. Where you have multiple shared plans on your account, you can make one claim in relation to each plan, for up to 10 claims per account, per year per person. Accessories not refunded. $5 Roaming
Use your included data, call and text allowances in Eligible Destinations and in-flight on eligible partner airlines for an additional $5 per day. However data capped at speeds up to 1.5, 2, 10 or 25Mbps is not accessible while $5 Roaming. Eligible Destinations and eligible partner airlines are subject to change, see current list and full details here . Available to eligible customers, see terms for details specific to your plan. $5 Daily Charge is in addition to minimum monthly spend. Once your included data is exhausted, additional data will be automatically added at a charge of $5/GB ($0.005/MB) (“Additional Roaming Data”). Additional Roaming Data expires at the end of your next billing period, is shareable (excludes plans with unlimited data which do not share data) and can only be used while in Eligible Destinations and in-flight on eligible partner airlines. Max 90 days of use in any calendar year. Opt-out at any time, visit My Vodafone or call 1555. All roaming services are subject to network availability.

Vodafone’s 5G Network is progressively being rolled out to selected parts of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and Perth. 5G approved device required, with an eligible Vodafone plan, in a Vodafone 5G Coverage area to access the 5G Network. In non-5G coverage areas, you’ll automatically switch to our 4G networks. Actual speeds vary due to location & network congestion. Unlimited standard international minutes (Zone 1)
Unlimited standard international minutes (Zone 1) available to both (i) approved students with valid student ID and email signing up to a new eligible Vodafone Infinite Plan: Small or Small SIM Only Plan (‘Eligible Plan’); (ii) students adding an additional Eligible Plan to their account and (iii) students upgrading their handset and signing up to an Eligible Plan in-store or via customer care channels only (handset upgrades are not available via Digital channels) (‘Eligible Customers’). Vodafone Infinite Data SIM Only Plans
For personal use by approved customers only. You must supply your own modem or tablet in order to sign up to this plan – you cannot purchase a device from Vodafone on instalments with this plan. Inclusions expire after 1 month unless otherwise stated.
Minimum monthly spend is $20 or $40 (depending on your plan). Total minimum cost is one month of your monthly plan fees. Must connect for minimum one month. Recurring monthly plan fee charged until the end of the month in which you notify that you wish to cancel.
Double data
Bonus data available to both (i) approved new customers signing up to an eligible Vodafone Infinite Plan: Small or Small SIM Only Plan; Medium or Medium SIM Only Plan and Large or Large SIM Only Plan, and Extra Large Promo Plans (‘Eligible Plan’); (ii) approved existing customers adding an additional Eligible Plan to their account and (iii) approved existing customers upgrading their handset and signing up to an Eligible Plan via In-store or Customer Care channels or Digital channels (‘Eligible Customers’). International minutes
Zone 1 and Zone 2 destinations may change, see international calls for list of current destinations. Calls charged in per minute increments. Excludes non-standard calls and video calls.
If you exhaust your Zone 2 allowance or you make a call to a destination outside the Zone 1 or 2 included destinations, you will be charged on top of your minimum monthly spend at our standard international Pay-As-You-Go rates. These rates are subject to change, see the current rates here. Fair Use Policy applies, which can be found within Vodafone’s Standard Form of Agreement.
Hubbl Accessories Payment Plan
Accessories Payment Plan: Hubbl may be purchased on an Accessory Payment Plan (APP) over 12, 24 or 36 month duration (Commitment Period). The outright price of your chosen accessory (as set by Vodafone at your time of purchase) will be spread in equal instalments over your chosen Commitment Period. Once chosen, your Commitment Period is fixed (unless you elect to pay your total remaining balance in full in one instalment). APP is only available to eligible customers who connect (and remain connected to) an active and eligible Postpaid Plan (Eligible Plan) and must agree to and pass a credit check. If you cancel your Eligible Plan or your APP, your APP will also automatically cancel and 100% of remaining APP instalments plus any outstanding charges on your Eligible Plan will be applied to your next bill. Minimum monthly spend and terms and conditions apply for Eligible Plan. You can have a max of 5 APP per Eligible Plan. Each APP can have up to 10 accessories. Not available online. Full T&C apply.
