Vodafone Refer a Friend
Existing customers on a Vodafone Personal SIM Only, Mobile Phone, Mobile Broadband, NBN, 4G Home Internet or 5G Home Internet plan (“Eligible Plan”), and new customers who are provided a unique code by the eligible existing customer, sign up to and activate an Eligible Plan, will both receive a one-off credit at the time of the new customer’s third bill after activation (the “waiting period”). The credit value is determined by the Eligible Plan the new customer activates as per the following: Mobile phone, tablet or modem with a plan: $50, SIM Only plan for phones, tablets or modems: $25, nbn® Plan: $25, 4G Home Internet Plan: $25, and 5G Home Internet Plan: $25. These credit values are subject to change.
Only one credit can be applied for each unique new customer activation using a Refer-a-Friend code. If a new customer signs up to and activates multiple Eligible Plans, the credit with the highest value will be applied. The credit will be automatically applied as an adjustment to the monthly bill for the existing customer and the referred friend. Existing customers may share their unique code an unlimited number of times, although they can only receive a maximum of 5 credits every 12 months. Each of the 5 credits will renew 12 months after the referred friend activates their service (unless the referred friend cancels their service during the waiting period, in which case that credit will renew 90 days after the referred friend activates their service). The unique code must be applied when signing up to an Eligible Plan and cannot be applied retrospectively. Existing customers can start referring after activation of their Vodafone Eligible Plan. If the referred friend cancels their Eligible Plan during the waiting period, no credit will be applied for the existing customer or their referred friend. If the existing customer cancels their Eligible Plan during the waiting period, but after the referred friend has activated their service, the referred friend will still receive the credit. Vodafone Infinite SIM Only Plans
For personal use by approved customers only. You must supply your own handset in order to sign up to this plan – you cannot purchase a phone from Vodafone on instalments with this plan. Inclusions expire after 1 month unless otherwise stated. Plan excludes Premium Services, 1223, & 1225 directory services, 123 Ask-Us-Anything, International Roaming, content purchases, call screen and charges for additional data and additional standard international calls.
Minimum monthly spend is $49, 59 or $69. Total minimum cost is one month of your monthly plan fees. Must connect for minimum one month. Recurring monthly plan fee charged until the end of the month in which you notify that you wish to cancel.

Vodafone’s 5G Network is progressively being rolled out to selected parts of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and Perth. 5G approved device required, with an eligible Vodafone plan, in a Vodafone 5G Coverage area to access the 5G Network. In non-5G coverage areas, you’ll automatically switch to our 4G networks. Actual speeds vary due to location & network congestion. Network Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re a new customer and you’ve signed up to any new postpaid mobile, mobile broadband or Home Internet plan and you don't love our network within the first 30 days of sign-up, or in the case of a Vodafone nbn® plan within the first 30 days of service activation, you’re welcome to cancel by calling 1300 551 198 (excludes upgrades and rate plan changes). You will only have to pay for those services you’ve used or for charges incurred, that are not included in your plan, up until your number or nbn® service is fully transferred and device or modem and equipment in original packaging with proof of purchase returned to a Vodafone (not dealer) store within 10 days of your claim. Where you have an individual plan, you can make one claim per year per person. Where you have multiple shared plans on your account, you can make one claim in relation to each plan, for up to 10 claims per account, per year per person. Accessories not refunded. $5 Roaming
Countries and eligible partner airlines are subject to change, see current list and full details here. Available to eligible customers, see terms for details specific to your plan. $5 Daily Charge is in addition to minimum monthly spend and allows use of your plan inclusions in Eligible Countries for $5 per day. $5 Roaming is also available in-flight on eligible partner airlines. Only your included data allowance can be accessed while $5 Roaming. Data capped at speeds up to 1.5, 2, 10 or 25Mbps is not accessible while $5 Roaming. Once your included data is exhausted, additional data will be automatically added at a charge of $5/GB ($0.005/MB) (“Additional Roaming Data”). Additional Roaming Data expires at the end of your next billing period, is shareable (excludes plans with unlimited data which do not share data) and can only be used while in $5 Roaming countries.
