Vodafone Infinite Data Plans
Vodafone Data Plans are only available if you simultaneously purchase a modem or tablet from Vodafone under a Mobile Payment Plan (‘MPP’) of 12, 24 or 36 months duration (“Commitment Period”). For personal use by approved customers only. Inclusions expire after 1 month unless otherwise stated.
Minimum monthly spend is $20 or $40 (depending on your plan). Must connect for minimum one month. Total minimum cost is one month of your plan fees plus 100% of the MPP instalments of your chosen device. There is no Early Exit Fee on your Vodafone Infinite Data Plan, however, if you choose to cancel your Vodafone Infinite Data Plan, your MPP will also auto cancel and 100% of the remaining device instalments will be applied to your next bill. Recurring monthly plan fee charged until the end of the month in which you cancel.
Vodafone Infinite SIM Only Plans
For personal use by approved customers only. You must supply your own handset in order to sign up to this plan – you cannot purchase a phone from Vodafone on instalments with this plan. Data for Vodafone Infinite Data Plans
No excess data charges in Australia. All data for use in Australia within the Vodafone Network coverage area. Vodafone Infinite Data Plans include an included data allowance (which is data at the fastest speed the Vodafone network can deliver to you, depending on your device and the time and place you are using data) which will be used first; thereafter data is available at speeds of up to 2Mbps until your next billing month. With 2Mbps you can check your socials, browse the web and stream music but is not suitable for HD video. For more information, check out our speed guide. Heavy data users may experience slower speeds than other users during busy periods. Actual speeds you reach will continually vary depending on many factors such as device capabilities, location, network congestion, network coverage, if you are roaming and if you are a heavy data user. Fair Use Policy applies.
$5 Roaming
Countries and eligible partner airlines are subject to change, see current list and full details here. Available to eligible customers, see terms for details specific to your plan. $5 Daily Charge is in addition to minimum monthly spend and allows use of your plan inclusions in Eligible Countries for $5 per day. $5 Roaming is also available in-flight on eligible partner airlines. Only your included data allowance can be accessed while $5 Roaming. Data capped at speeds up to 1.5, 2, 10 or 25Mbps is not accessible while $5 Roaming. Once your included data is exhausted, additional data will be automatically added at a charge of $5/GB ($0.005/MB) (“Additional Roaming Data”). Additional Roaming Data expires at the end of your next billing period, is shareable (excludes plans with unlimited data which do not share data) and can only be used while in $5 Roaming countries. Max 90 days of use in any calendar year. Opt-out at any time, visit My Vodafone or call 1555. All roaming services are subject to network availability.
Network Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re a new customer and you’ve signed up to any new postpaid mobile, mobile broadband or Home Internet plan and you don't love our network within the first 30 days of sign-up, or in the case of a Vodafone nbn® plan within the first 30 days of service activation, you’re welcome to cancel by calling 1300 551 198 (excludes upgrades and rate plan changes). You will only have to pay for those services you’ve used or for charges incurred, that are not included in your plan, up until your number or nbn® service is fully transferred and device or modem and equipment in original packaging with proof of purchase returned to a Vodafone (not dealer) store within 10 days of your claim. Where you have an individual plan, you can make one claim per year per person. Where you have multiple shared plans on your account, you can make one claim in relation to each plan, for up to 10 claims per account, per year per person. Accessories not refunded. Mobile Payment Plan
Devices may be purchased on a Mobile Payment Plan (‘MPP’) of 12, 24 or 36 months duration ("Commitment Period"). The outright price of your chosen device (as set by Vodafone at your time of purchase) will be spread in equal instalments over your chosen Commitment Period. Once chosen, your Commitment Period is fixed (unless you elect to pay your total remaining balance in full in one instalment). MPP is only available to customers who simultaneously connect (and remain connected to) an active and eligible Vodafone Infinite Plan (‘Eligible Plan’). If you cancel your Eligible Plan, your MPP will also automatically cancel and 100% of remaining MPP instalments plus any outstanding charges on your voice plan will be applied to your next bill. International minutes
Zone 1 and Zone 2 Countries may change, see international calls for list of current countries. Calls charged in per minute increments. Excludes non-standard calls and video calls.
If you exhaust your Zone 2 allowance or you make a call to a country outside the Zone 1 or 2 included countries, you will be charged on top of your minimum monthly spend at our standard international Pay-As-You-Go rates. These rates are subject to change, see the current rates here. Fair Use Policy applies, which can be found within Vodafone’s Standard Form of Agreement.
Sharing Data
If you have more than one Vodafone Infinite (excluding Ultra+ Plans), Vodafone BYOD, Large Promo Plan, Extra Large Promo Plan, Plus, Extra Large or Team Plans on your billing account, the included data allowances on those services will automatically combine into one pool which will be shared between eligible users. Data capped at speeds up to 1.5, 2, 10 or 25Mbps is not shareable. Data sharing is only available for up to 10 services. The data included in any other plan on your account which is not a Vodafone Infinite Plan (excluding Ultra+ Plans), Vodafone BYOD, Plus, Team or Extra Large Plan is not shareable with Vodafone Infinite Plan (excluding Ultra+ Plans), Vodafone BYOD, Plus, Team or Extra Large Plans and vice versa. You can find out which plans support sharing or you can opt-out of sharing altogether at any time by calling 1555.
Device Discount
Device Discount is a discount off the device RRP and is only available to eligible new and upgrading customers who purchase a device with a device repayment period of 12, 24 or 36 months, and sign up or upgrade, and stay connected to an eligible Consumer Postpaid Mobile Plan (‘Eligible Plan’). Device Discounts vary depending on the device (as advertised), and some Device Discounts may only be available when you stay connected to an Eligible Plan over 24 or 36 months (ie. some Device Discounts may not be available for a repayment period of 12 months). Not applicable for customers purchasing a device outright. The Device Discount will apply for the length of your chosen device repayment period (12/24/36 months). If you cancel your plan or your device repayment, your Device Discount will be forfeited, and you must pay out your device on your next bill at the undiscounted rate (i.e. 100% of remaining device repayments at full RRP x months remaining). Device Discount will not be forfeited if you rate plan change but will be forfeited if you change to an ineligible plan, such as a SIM Only plan. Your monthly device repayments may vary depending on your chosen repayment period (12/24/36 months) and are applied as a monthly recurring credit against the device repayment. Device Discount is subject to change and not a permanent offer. You can only have one Device Discount per service at any one time. After your device repayment period has ended, your Device Discount will also end but your monthly plan costs will remain. Offer available in conjunction with other offers.
