BYOD Plans
For personal use by approved customers only and customers with a valid ABN/ACN. The $69 BYOD 24 Month plan is only available to new customers. The $79 BYOD 24 Month plan, $69 BYOD 36 Month and $79 BYOD 36 Month plans are available to new and upgrading customers. Commitment term is 24 or 36 months (Commitment Term) depending on the chosen plan, and Early Termination Fees will apply if you cancel, upgrade or change your plan before the end of the Commitment Term. You must supply your own handset in order to sign up to these plans – you cannot purchase a phone from Vodafone on instalments with these plans. Inclusions expire at the end of each billing month unless otherwise stated. Plans exclude Premium Services, 1223, & 1225 directory services, 123 Ask-Us-Anything, International Roaming, content purchases, call screen and charges for additional data and additional standard international calls. These plans are not eligible for Bundle & Save.
Early Termination Fees are 50% of plan fees x months remaining on your Commitment Term, + a pro-rated amount of your handset credit being, the full handset credit amount, divided by the Commitment Term and multipled by the months remaining on your Commitment Term. If you upgrade,change or cancel your plan before the end of the Commitment Term, an Early Termination Fee for your plan and handset credit will still apply. After your Commitment Term ends, your plan will continue on a month-to-month basis until you tell us that you wish to cancel.

Data
No excess data charges in Australia. All data for use in Australia within the Vodafone Network coverage area. Vodafone BYOD Plans include an included data allowance (which is data at the fastest speed the Vodafone network can deliver to you, depending on your handset and the time and place you are using your data), which will be used first; thereafter, data is available at speeds of up to 2Mbps until your next billing month. With 2Mbps you can check your socials, browse the web and stream music but is not suitable for HD video. Tethering is permitted to personal devices only but must not be used in a modem or as a substitute for a home internet service. Heavy data users may experience slower speeds than other users during busy periods. Actual speeds you reach will continually vary depending on many factors such as device capabilities, location, network congestion, network coverage, if you are roaming and if you are a heavy data user. $5 Roaming

Available to eligible customers, see terms for details specific to your plan. $5 Daily Charge is in addition to minimum monthly spend and allows use of your plan inclusions in Eligible Countries for $5 per day. $5 Roaming is also available in-flight on eligible partner airlines. Only your included data allowance can be accessed while $5 Roaming. Data capped at speeds up to 1.5, 2, 10 or 25Mbps is not accessible while $5 Roaming. Once your included data is exhausted, additional data will be automatically added at a charge of $5/GB ($0.005/MB) (“Additional Roaming Data”). Additional Roaming Data expires at the end of your next billing period, is shareable (excludes plans with unlimited data which do not share data) and can only be used while in $5 Roaming countries. Sharing Data
If you have more than one Vodafone Infinite (excluding Ultra+ Plans), Vodafone BYOD, Plus, Team or Extra Large Plans on your billing account, the included data allowances on those services will automatically combine into one pool which will be shared between eligible users. Data capped at speeds up to 1.5, 2, 10 or 25Mbps is not shareable. Data sharing is only available for up to 10 services. The data included in any other plan on your account which is not a Vodafone Infinite Plan (excluding Ultra+ Plans), Vodafone BYOD, Plus, Team or Extra Large Plan is not shareable with Vodafone Infinite Plan (excluding Ultra+ Plans), Vodafone BYOD, Plus, Team or Extra Large Plans and vice versa. You can find out which plans support sharing or you can opt-out of sharing altogether at any time by calling 1555.

Included data is the fastest speed the Vodafone network can deliver to your phone at the time and place you’re using data. You can share included data with other Vodafone Infinite, Vodafone BYOD, Plus and Team Plans.
What you can do at 1.5Mbps
