If you place an order for a Starter Pack and it’s approved before 12pm AEST on a business day, your order should be dispatched that same day. Once you receive confirmation your order is in transit, it will usually arrive the next business day. 

$35-$55 Prepaid Plus Starter Pack bonus data offer
For personal use only. Offer available to eligible new Vodafone Prepaid customers who purchase and activate either a $2 Sim with a $12-$320 recharge or $12-$320 Prepaid Starter Pack on a Prepaid Plus plan between 11 November 2024 and 31 March 2025 (‘Promotional Period) and activate by 31 March 2025. Offer available in all channels.

Eligible customers get 35GB bonus data on $35 recharge or starter pack for total 60GB data, 65GB bonus data on $45 recharge or starter pack for total 100GB data, 70GB bonus data on $55 recharge or starter pack for total 120GB data. Bonus data is applied within 72 hours following successful activation and is available on the first 6 recharges within 180 days of activation. Activation counts as the first recharge; the remaining 5 recharges must be completed within 180 days of activation. From the 7th recharge onwards, bonus data will no longer be applied, and your data entitlements will revert to the original Included Data inclusions.

$35–$55 Prepaid Plus Automatic Recharge
Eligible customers get a $5 discount on every automatic recharge on $35–$55 Prepaid Plus plans. Unused bonus data will rollover if automatic recharge is successful and completed before expiry. Offer subject to change.

Eligible Combo Plus ATR customers migrated by Vodafone to $35-$55 Prepaid Plus on 7 November 2024. $30 Combo Plus customer will get 10GB bonus data on $35 recharge for total 35GB data, $40 Combo Plus customer will get 20GB bonus data on $35 recharge for total 45GB data, $50 Combo Plus customer will get 20GB bonus data on $45 recharge for total 55GB data, $60 Combo Plus customer will get 25GB bonus data on $55 recharge for total 75GB data on your first 6 continuous Prepaid Plus recharges following migration. If you cancel or move your Prepaid Plus plan to another plan, the remaining bonus data will be forfeited. Bonus data is applied within 72 hours following your successful recharge.

Prepaid Plus plan
Must activate Vodafone SIM within 365 days of purchase for standard use without Offer. When you activate your Vodafone SIM, you accept the Vodafone Standard Form of Agreement. Prepaid Plus
Not for commercial or resale purposes. For $35, $45 and $55 Prepaid Plus, all inclusions expire after 28 days or upon next recharge, whichever occurs first. All offer end dates, and recharge times are in Australian Eastern Standard or Daylight time (AEST/AEDT).

Prepaid Infinite Data
All data for use in Australia within the Vodafone Network coverage area. Your included data (My Data) and any data saved in your Data Bank data will be used first and this is data at the fastest speed the Vodafone network can deliver to you, depending on your device and the time and place you are using data; thereafter, data is available at speeds of up to 1.5Mbps until your recharge expires. Tethering is permitted to personal devices only, but must not be used in a modem or as a substitute for a home internet service. Heavy data users may experience slower speeds than other users during busy periods.

At 1.5Mbps, you can check your socials, browse the web and stream music but is not suitable for HD video. For more information see our Speed Guide.

Actual speeds you reach will continually vary depending on many factors such as device capabilities, location, network congestion, network coverage and if you are roaming. Fair Use Policy applies.

Data Rollover
Eligible plans are Prepaid Plus plans. You can save up to a maximum 200GB of unused data balance when you recharge on an eligible plan before expiry. You will forfeit any unused data balance if you do not recharge before expiry.

You will forfeit any unused data balance that will exceed the 200GB limit of Data Rollover when saving any unused data.

You will lose your Data Rollover balance if you recharge on an ineligible plan, you do not recharge within 90 days of your last expiry date or your service is disconnected or deactivated for any reason. If you move to any plan or offer with a smaller Data Rollover limit, you will lose data in your Data Rollover that is over that limit.

Your eligible plan will automatically start using your Data Rollover balance when you have used up all the data balances on your plan within expiry.

Data Rollover balance cannot be used when your recharge has expired.

Included Standard International Minutes to Selected Countries
Excludes premium services, special and overseas free phone numbers and video calls. Calls charged in per minute increments Standard Voice Calls to selected list of countries. Countries may change from time to time, see international calls page for a list of current countries. Fair Use Policy applies. My Credit, if you have any, will be used for minutes of standard voice calls to selected countries once included allocation is exhausted and for calls to any countries not included in the selected countries list or otherwise included in your recharge.

Unlimited National Calls & SMS
Excludes premium services and video calls. Personal use only. Fair use policy applies.

Standard International SMS
One SMS is 160 characters long.

5G
Vodafone’s 5G Network is progressively being rolled out to selected parts of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and Perth. 5G approved device required, with an eligible Vodafone plan, in a Vodafone 5G Coverage area to access the 5G Network. In non-5G coverage areas, you’ll automatically switch to our 4G networks. Actual speeds vary due to location & network congestion.
