From 15 February 2023 we will be contacting customers to advise that you’ll no longer be able to pay for Amazon Music Unlimited through your Vodafone bill. To keep the benefits of Amazon Music Unlimited you will need to change your payment method through your Amazon Music settings before your next billing cycle.
It’s easy and can be done in seconds.
We’re changing the way we partner with Amazon, and the billing functionality to charge Amazon Music Unlimited to your Vodafone bill will no longer be available.
You will need to have updated your payment method before your next billing date to keep using your Amazon Music Unlimited subscription.
You can see the date your Amazon Music is charged under the Content section of your Vodafone bill.
Your Amazon Music Unlimited account will move to Amazon Music Free until you update your payment method. Don’t worry, all your playlists are safe, but you won’t be able to access ad-free music and podcasts, listen offline, unlimited skips and more with Amazon Music Unlimited until you update your payment method.
Not at all. This change only applies to the way your Amazon Music Unlimited subscription is billed.
Your Amazon Music Unlimited subscription will be charged to your new payment method until you choose to update again or cancel.
For billing enquiries, give us a call on 1555 on any Vodafone phone.
For questions specific to your Amazon Music Unlimited membership, you’ll need to contact Amazon directly or head to Amazon Music Unlimited Help.
