At Vodafone, we continue to invest in our network, technology platforms and security infrastructure to provide a better
experience for our customers while handling an increasing amount of usage on our network. We are writing to let
you know that we are increasing the monthly plan fee of many of our postpaid mobile plans by $4 a month.
If your phone plan is affected, we’ll write to you via email and/or letter through Australia Post to let you know what is happening.
This price increase on your monthly phone plan will begin on your next regular payment date on or after March 27 2024.

If you have a current Bundle and Save plan fee discount, the percentage of your Bundle and Save discount remains the same, and will now apply to your new monthly plan fee.
Any current offers (including plan discounts and bonus data) will remain on your account for as long as they remain valid.
On March 26, you’ll see an updated plan fee in My Vodafone. However the updated plan fee doesn’t apply until your billing cycle date.
If there’s an increase to your monthly data allowance to use in Australia, this will be shown in My Vodafone on your next billing date on or after March 27 2024.
No, there is no change to your phone repayments.
If you have direct debit set up, your direct debit payments will continue to cover your bill as they do today.
Only the plan(s) outlined in your communications are impacted by this change.
Should there be any changes to the pricing of other Vodafone services or plans, customers will be notified appropriately.
Yes, you can change your plan to an in-market Small, Medium or Large plan through My Vodafone.
