Pricing and Plan change to Vodafone mobile plans

At Vodafone we are investing in our products and systems to provide you with a better experience. At the same time, the costs of doing business continue to grow, so we have made the decision to simplify our product range and move you to our Vodafone Infinite plan(s).

With this move, your monthly plan fee(s) will increase by $4 per month, and in most cases you'll get more data. We'll make sure your existing credits or offers carry over to your new plan, with the net increase for all customers being $4 per month. On your next bill after the change, you will see your new monthly plan fee(s).

You can check your regular payment date in My Vodafone.

How will I know when the changes have occurred?

You will see the changes from your next billing cycle. To check your payment dates, head to My Vodafone.

How do I view the details of my new plan?

Once the new plan(s) have come into effect, you can access your new plan(s) information through My Vodafone or head to the critical information summary page.

The Critical Information Summary (CIS) sets out the standard inclusions of the plan(s). Offers relating to your plan(s) are not shown in the CIS.

Will there be changes to my current inclusions?

There may be changes to your current inclusions as part of the plan updates. We will notify you in advance if you are impacted.

Some customers may see an increase in their data allowance as part of the plan changes, we’ll notify you in advance if this is the case.

These changes will also be visible from your next billing cycle and can be viewed through My Vodafone.

Will my bill change?

On your next bill after the plan changes have been made, you will see your new plan(s) and price.

Will my current add-ons change?

Any data add-ons you currently have will carry over to your new plan(s), however they may be forfeited if you upgrade, change or cancel your plan.

What changes will I see in My Vodafone?

On the date of your plan change, you’ll see an updated plan fee and your new inclusions in My Vodafone.

Your increased monthly plan fee will apply from your next billing cycle date after the change.

What happens to my direct debit repayments?

If you have direct debit set up, your direct debit payments will continue to cover your bill as they do today.

Will any of my other plans be affected?

Only the plan(s) outlined in your communications from us will be impacted by this change.

If there are any other changes to the pricing of other Vodafone services or plans, you will be notified appropriately.

Can I change my plan?

Yes, you can change your plan through My Vodafone. However, any discounts or offers you have may not carry over.
