Additional information

When will I need to access text messages on my mobile broadband device?

If you’re on a Modem Plan, Data Plan, Data Plus Plan, Mobile Broadband, Tablet Plan or Tablet Plus Plan, we’ll send you reminders about your invoice due date via SMS.

If you’re on prepaid Mobile Broadband, we’ll periodically send you reminders about your recharge expiry date via SMS.

Can my device store text messages?

Yes. Pocket WiFi and USB modems may have a limited storage capacity for text messages. We recommend deleting any text messages you no longer need.

If your Pocket WiFi has received a text message the message indicator on the front of the device will display a green light, or an envelope icon will appear on the screen.
