Track your device’s repair status

Use our online tracking tool to check the status of your device that you left at a Vodafone store for servicing. You’ll need your order number to complete the tracking tool – the order number is displayed on the repair receipt. If you’ve misplaced your receipt, please call customer care on 1300 551 199 between 8am and 8pm AEST Monday to Friday.

The repair order number is printed on your repair receipt.
