Why is TOBi asking me to accept push notifications?

If TOBi needs to pass you over to customer care, the push notification will send you an alert when the chat is connected. Also, if you need to close the My Vodafone app during a chat, a push notification can alert you when your next message comes through.

The chat bot will only send you push notifications about your help request. 

What happens if I need to leave the chat?

If you need to stop chatting, just close the My Vodafone app and reply when you’re ready. If you return to your chat within 24 hours, an agent can continue helping you and will have the full conversation history.
