How to use My Vodafone

My Vodafone is our self service app that helps you stay on top of your plan or prepaid account. You can view and pay bills, recharge your prepaid service, check your usage and update your account settings.

How to access and download the My Vodafone app

My Vodafone is pre-installed on many of our phones. You can also download the app through Google Play Store for Android devices and the App Store for iOS devices.

To log in to the My Vodafone app, click on the app icon and enter your Vodafone mobile, your 614 number for Mobile Broadband or Home Internet, or your 611 number for nbn® and we'll send you a login link via SMS or email. This link can only be used once and expires after 5 minutes. To log in again, simply request another instant login link.

It's best to use Fingerprints, Face ID or Touch ID to access the app.

To access secure pages, you'll need your 4-digit account PIN and, if you logged in using email or biometrics, an SMS one-time code.

Most My Vodafone features are free-rated so when you access the app, the data won’t be taken from your allowance if you're in Australia and if you're using a Vodafone Australia SIM card in your device.

How to access My Vodafone through a web browser

If you want to log in to My Vodafone, you’ll need to enter your Vodafone mobile, your 614 number for Mobile Broadband or Home Internet, or your 611 number for nbn® on our My Vodafone login page and then we'll send you an instant login link via SMS or email. This link can only be used once and expires after 5 minutes. To log in again, simply request another instant login link.

How to login to a different My Vodafone account

To login to a different My Vodafone account, navigate to 'Log out' in the My Vodafone menu, return to My Vodafone login page and then enter the Vodafone mobile, your 614 number for Mobile Broadband or Home Internet, or your 611 number for nbn® of that account. We'll send you a login link to the email or mobile number associated with that account.

Additional information

Does Vodafone have a widget for my phone home screen that automatically updates my usage?

My Vodafone doesn’t have a widget for your phone’s home screen. Instead, check your usage through the My Vodafone app. To access the My Vodafone app, click on the app icon.

How to switch between numbers that are on the same account.

Once you're logged in to My Vodafone, you can switch to other numbers on your billing account without needing to log out. To do this:

  1. Click the number you're signed in as from the top of the screen.
  2. Enter your 4 digit account PIN.
  3. Select the number that you want to access.
How to change your My Vodafone app icon.

You can change your My Vodafone app icon through My Vodafone settings on your Vodafone device. You’ll have the option of either selecting our standard app icon, or the rainbow app icon in support of advancing equality.
