You can make enquiries and changes on behalf of the account holder if you have been granted Power of Attorney to act for the account holder. For us to grant you access to the account as an authorised third party, you’ll need to provide the Power of Attorney and supporting documentation.

If the account holder has passed away, give us a call on 1300 650 410 and we can help you to close the account or transfer the number into your name. If you choose to transfer ownership of the number, you’ll need to meet our credit requirements.

If the account holder is incarcerated, you’ll require a Power of Attorney to close the account, suspend the contract or authorise a transfer of ownership into someone else’s name.
The account holder can also contact us in writing to make changes on the account. They’ll need to include the account PIN in any correspondence.
If the account holder is hearing impaired, they can use the Australian government’s National Relay Service to make major changes to their account.
