How can we help?

Changes to a business account

To make changes to an account that’s registered under a business name, you need to be authorised to act on the company’s behalf.

If you’re not already authorised, we need a Letter of Authority from the Company Director, CEO or Authorised Contact, confirming you are authorised to act on behalf of the company.

Give us a call on 1555 from your Vodafone phone to start the authorisation process.

You can send us the Letter of Authority as a scanned signed letter or just as an email; both options must meet the requirements listed below.

Here’s what to include with the signed letter

  • Physical signature of the Company Director, CEO or Authorised Contact. This signatory must be listed with us.
  • Company letterhead
  • Company ABN or ACN.
  • Billing account number, or one of the mobile numbers on the account.
  • Request explained in detail and who to contact when it’s been processed.

Here’s what to include with the email

  • Email signature of the Company Director, CEO or Authorised Contact. This signatory must be listed with us. The email signature must include a direct contact number, email address and company position.
  • Send email from email address of the Company Director, CEO or Authorised Contact.
  • Email address must be from the company’s domain for example Company.Director@vodafone.com.au
  • Company ABN or ACN.
  • Billing account number, or one of the mobile numbers on the account.
  • Request explained in detail and who to contact when it’s been processed.

Account PIN

If your request is to update the account PIN, please make sure you provide the name and phone number of the person who needs the PIN updated as we’ll need to call them. We don’t update the account PIN through email, letter or fax.
