This support article will show you how to top up your My Credit balance and what you can use My Credit for.
The best way to top up your My Credit is through Express Top Up and My Vodafone.
You can rollover unused My Credit by topping up before your expiry date. You can hold a maximum My Credit balance of $1000.
There are several payment methods you can use to top up your My Credit.
Credit or debit card.

You can save your card to make it easier to top up your My Credit. Paying with an unsaved credit card incurs a $1 card verification fee, which is then reversed within 7 days.
To help protect against credit card fraud, spend limits apply to credit card recharges made online and over the phone.
Voucher.
You can get a voucher from over 20,000 outlets across Australia including:
You can redeem a voucher online with Express Top Up and My Vodafone, by text message or over the phone using the 12-digit PIN.

PayPal.
You can use your PayPal account to top up your My Credit online via Express Top Up or My Vodafone.
You’ll need to be signed up for PayPal and have sufficient funds in your PayPal account to pay for your recharge.
Once your recharge has been completed your prepaid account balance will be updated and ready to use within 5 to 15 minutes.
What you can use My Credit for depends on your current recharge.

Not for commercial or resale purposes. My Credit is available to be used until 90 days from the date of your last recharge expiry or your last My Credit top-up date, whichever comes later. My Credit cannot be refunded or transferred and any unused My Credit will rollover up to a maximum of $1000. Visit the My Credit support page to find out what you can use My Credit for. If you have a Prepaid Plus, Combo Plus, Combo, MyMix or Pay and Go recharge you can use My Credit for recharging your service (excluding bulk recharge) and purchasing Prepaid Add-ons. Your My Credit balance will automatically be used for calls, SMS and data while roaming in selected countries when either you (a) do not have a Prepaid Roaming Add-on or (b) are roaming in a country which is not eligible for a Prepaid Roaming Add-on. Excluding Pay and Go recharge, your My Credit balance will also be automatically used for calls and SMS in Australia at pay-as-you-go rates, if all other inclusions and balances have been exhausted.
