Yes. Unused credit will roll over up to the value of $250, when you recharge on Pay and Go before your recharge expires.

If you’re on a Pay and Go recharge, you can use your My Credit to get an Add-on by text message. You can also get Add-ons through Express Recharge and My Vodafone.

No. You can’t use your prepaid service for premium calls or SMS.

Pay and Go recharge
60, 180 and 365 day expiry for all inclusions. Unused Pay and Go credit will rollover (up to max $250) if you recharge before your next expiry & maintain an active Pay and Go Recharge. Expiry period does not rollover. If customer switches from a Pay and Go recharge, to a Combo Plus recharge any unused Pay and Go Credit will be forfeited. Not for commercial or resale purposes. In Australia standard national calls are 20c per min, standard national TXT are 20c per TXT, data is 6c per MB.

International roaming rates for Prepaid
All International Roaming rates are subject to change – check our Roaming page before leaving for most current pricing. International Roaming charges are deducted from your My Credit balance if you have not purchased a Prepaid Roaming Add-on. Check your plan on our Roaming Rates page for all rates and charges. All Vodafone services are subject to network availability, individual device capabilities and limitations of overseas networks. Some Vodafone services may not be available whilst roaming in some destinations.

Prepaid International Minutes
Excludes premium services, special and overseas free phone numbers and video calls. Calls charged in per minute increments Standard Voice Calls to selected list of destinations. Destinations may change from time to time, see international calls page for a list of current destinations. Fair Use Policy applies. My Credit, if you have any, will be used for minutes of standard voice calls to selected destinations once included allocation is exhausted and for calls to any destinations not included in the selected destinations list or otherwise included in your recharge.
