Rolling over your prepaid inclusions

I'm on Prepaid Plus, and I'm recharging onto:

• Prepaid Plus – Up to 200GB unused data will be added to your Data Rollover when you recharge before expiry. Other unused inclusions are forfeited. Unused My Credit is not affected.
• Pay and Go – Unused inclusions are forfeited. You’ll lose any saved data and access to your Data Rollover. If you then recharge on Prepaid Plus again, you’ll have 0GB data saved and won’t be able to access your Data Rollover until you’ve completed another Prepaid Plus recharge.

I'm on Combo Plus, and I'm recharging onto:

• Prepaid Plus – Up to 200GB unused data will be added to your Data Rollover when you recharge before expiry. Other unused inclusions are forfeited. Unused My Credit is not affected.
• Pay and Go – Unused inclusions are forfeited. You’ll lose any saved data and access to your Data Rollover. If you then recharge on Combo Plus again, you’ll have 0GB data saved and won’t be able to access your Data Rollover until you’ve completed another eligible Combo Plus recharge.
• Combo Plus – Up to 200GB unused data will be added to your Data Rollover when you recharge before expiry. Other unused inclusions are forfeited. Unused My Credit is not affected.
• $150 Combo Plus – Unused inclusions are forfeited. Unused My Credit is not affected. You won’t be able to save unused data or access your Data Rollover.

I’m on Pay and Go, and I’m recharging onto:

• Prepaid Plus – Unused inclusions are forfeited. Unused My Credit is not affected.
• Pay and Go – Unused credit will rollover up to the value of $250, when you recharge on Pay and Go before your recharge expires. Unused My Credit is not affected.

I'm on MyMix, and I'm recharging onto:

• Prepaid Plus – Unused inclusions are forfeited. Unused My Credit is not affected.
• Pay and Go – Unused inclusions are forfeited. Unused My Credit is not affected.
• MyMix – Unused inclusions are forfeited. Unused My Credit is not affected.

I'm on 365 Day, and I'm recharging onto:

• Prepaid Plus – Unused inclusions are forfeited. Unused My Credit is not affected.
• Pay and Go – Flexible credit rolls over and gets consumed first, all other unused credit forfeited.
• 365 Day – Flexible credit rolls over.

365 Day recharges are only available if you're already on it. You can switch to a Combo Plus or Pay and Go recharge but you won't be able to switch back at a later stage.

The maximum credit balance you can hold on 365 Day is:

• $2000 Flexible Credit.
• 5000 Free Talk minutes.
• 7200 Free text messages.

Vodafone to Vodafone Talk minutes cannot be rolled over.

I'm on a Prepaid Cap, and I'm recharging onto:

• Prepaid Plus – Unused credit forfeited.
• Pay and Go – Unused credit forfeited.
• Prepaid Cap – Unused credit forfeited.

Prepaid Cap recharges are only available if you're already on it. You can switch to a Combo or Pay and Go recharge but you won't be able to switch back at a later stage.

The maximum credit balance you can hold on Prepaid Cap is:

• $2000 Flexible Credit.
• 5000 Free Talk minutes.
• 5000 Vodafone to Vodafone Talk minutes.
• 7200 Free text messages.

Your My Credit balance will roll over when you top up with My Credit. 

My Credit is available to be used until 90 days from the date of your last recharge expiry or your last My Credit top-up date, whichever comes later. 

The maximum My Credit balance you can hold is $1000. 

You can roll over your Prepaid Add-on’s unused inclusions provided you buy the same type of Add-on with the same expiry period before your original Add-on expires. For example:

• If you have a 28 day Data Add-on, you’ll need to buy another 28 day Data Add-on before the original Add-on expires.
• If you have a 7 days 50 Countries Add-on, you’ll need to buy another 7 days 50 Countries Add-on before the original Add-on expires.

Unexpired data rolls over and takes on the expiry date of your new recharge. However, you won't be able to recharge if your data balance is 50GB or higher.
