Vouchers for your prepaid recharge
This support article will give you key information about getting the right voucher or recharge card for your prepaid service. Not all vouchers work with every prepaid recharge, so it’s important you pick the right one.
The best way to recharge your prepaid service is through Express Recharge or My Vodafone. You can access these pages without using your data.
These voucher amounts are best for each recharge.

* Certain MyMix combinations can’t be recharged using a voucher. MyMix vouchers need to be redeemed online and only work with MyMix combinations that are the same price as the voucher. For example, you can’t use a $30 voucher to recharge on a $25 MyMix combination.

You can recharge your Mobile Broadband service with these voucher amounts:
$12, $35, $45, $55, $160, $250
If you're currently on a $20, $60, $70 or $125 Prepaid Mobile Broadband Plan, you can redeem already purchased vouchers via IVR, in store or by calling Customer Care on 1555 from your Vodafone mobile. If you redeem a Prepaid Mobile Broadband voucher of a different value, you’ll no longer be able to return to your previous $20/$60/$70/$125 plan.
You can top up your My Credit with these voucher amounts:
$10, 12, $20, $30, $35 $40, $45, $50, $55, $60, $70, $80, $90, $100, $110, $150, $160, $200, $250, $320.
To top up your My Credit balance, you’ll need to redeem the voucher online or by sending an SMS to 1511.
Additional information
On Prepaid Plus, Pay and Go or Prepaid Mobile Broadband, if you purchased a valid voucher for $10, $30, $40, $50, $150 and $250 prior to 10th April 2024, you’ll still be able to recharge these with the current plan inclusions at no additional charge for a period of 12 months.
If you purchased a valid voucher for $20 and $60 prior to 10th April 2024, you’ll be able to recharge these with the old plan inclusions until 10 April 2025. At the end of the relevant expiry period, you’ll only be able to recharge on the currently available plans.
You can redeem these vouchers via IVR, in store or by calling Customer Care on 1555 from your Vodafone mobile.
When you buy your voucher or recharge card, you'll find it has an expiry date printed on it:
- Printed recharge vouchers have an expiry of up to 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Recharge cards have an expiry of up to 12 months.
The expiry of your voucher or card has no relationship to the expiry of the credit on your account.
If you’ve accidentally bought a voucher that’s not appropriate, call 1511 from your Vodafone phone.
