This support article will give you key information about getting the right voucher or recharge card for your prepaid service. Not all vouchers work with every prepaid recharge, so it’s important you pick the right one.
The best way to recharge your prepaid service is through Express Recharge or My Vodafone. You can access these pages without using your data.

You can recharge your Mobile Broadband service with these voucher amounts:

If you're currently on a $20 or $60 Prepaid Mobile Broadband Plan, you can redeem already purchased vouchers via IVR, in store or by calling Customer Care on 1555 from your Vodafone mobile. If you redeem a Prepaid Mobile Broadband voucher of a different value, you’ll no longer be able to return to your previous $20/$60 plan.
You can top up your My Credit with these voucher amounts:
$10, 12, $20, $30, $35 $40, $45, $50, $55, $60, $70, $80, $90, $100, $110, $150, $160, $200, $250, $320.
To top up your My Credit balance, you’ll need to redeem the voucher online or by sending an SMS to 1511.
On Prepaid Plus, Pay and Go or Prepaid Mobile Broadband, if you purchased a valid voucher for $10, $30, $40, $50, $150 and $250 prior to 10th April 2024, you’ll still be able to recharge these with the current plan inclusions at no additional charge for a period of 12 months.
If you purchased a valid voucher for $20 and $60 prior to 10th April 2024, you’ll be able to recharge these with the old plan inclusions until 10 April 2025. At the end of the relevant expiry period, you’ll only be able to recharge on the currently available plans.

The expiry of your voucher or card has no relationship to the expiry of the credit on your account.
If you’ve accidentally bought a voucher that’s not appropriate, call 1511 from your Vodafone phone.
