What is Vodafone Ticket?

Vodafone has partnered with Live Nation to bring the best live music to our customers. Available to Vodafone mobile customers, you will get access to a range of benefits including access to selected pre-sale tickets, reserved tickets, opportunities to win VIP experiences and tickets plus invites to exclusive Vodafone only events. What is a Vodafone Pre-sale?

Vodafone mobile customers get access to pre-sale tickets for selected Live Nation events around the country. We have early access for tickets across all price categories for Vodafone mobile customers to purchase ahead of the general public on-sale.

To access a pre-sale, Vodafone mobile customers will require a unique code which will be supplied via SMS after successfully registering via the artist promotion page. You will need to use this code on the official ticketing partner website to unlock pre-sale access. Navigate to the password box on the ticket partner website and enter your code. Customers will receive one code per account which gives you access to purchase tickets. Once the code has been used it will no longer be valid. Pre-sales are available for a limited time or unless sold out prior. Pre-sale allocations can sell out quickly so to avoid disappointment, keep your eye on the pre-sale start date and time and be ready with your ticketing account details to ensure you secure tickets and have a smooth transaction. How do I find out about a Vodafone Pre-sale?

When a new Vodafone Pre-sale is announced, Vodafone customers who are opted into marketing communications will receive an email with the tour details. You can also head to the artist page via Vodafone Ticket to find all details about the pre-sale including tour dates and locations, artist information and access to redeem your unique pre-sale code. Artist pages will be live during the promotion period. For more information on any past tours head to Live Nation.

I’m not a Vodafone customer, can I access Vodafone Ticket pre-sales and competitions?

Only Vodafone mobile customers are able to access pre-sale tickets and enter competitions. Excludes customers who only have Vodafone Home Internet.

What if I submitted the incorrect details into the Vodafone Ticket pre-sale form?

If you have submitted the wrong account holder details, or the mobile phone and/or email address doesn’t match what’s linked to your Vodafone account, you won’t receive a pre-sale access code and will need to resubmit the form on the artist page. You can check the correct details by logging into your My Vodafone account.

I’ve submitted the pre-sale form on the artist page, but the pre-sale begins in under 24 hours. Will I receive my pre-sale access code on time?

You may receive your pre-sale code after the pre-sale has begun. Pre-sale ticket availability will depend on the individual artist. If pre-sale tickets have been exhausted, please see the artist page for links to general release tickets for each of their shows across Australia.

I want to purchase a Live Nation VIP ticket, is this part of the Vodafone Pre-sale?

Yes, VIP packages are included in the Vodafone Pre-sale alongside all other ticket types. For queries in regard to what’s included and how the experience will be run, check out the VIP FAQs or contact our VIP team at vip@livenation.com.au.

I have accessible requirements; can I still purchase tickets in the Vodafone Pre-sale?

Vodafone mobile customers who require accessible tickets will also be given the opportunity to purchase in the Vodafone pre-sale. Before or during a pre-sale please contact info@livenation.com.au with details for the show and date you would like to attend and the Live Nation team will be able to provide more details on how to secure the best seating options to suit their preferences. I missed out on the tickets I wanted to buy during the Vodafone Pre-sale.

Vodafone pre-sale tickets are limited and subject to availability, and occasionally tickets can sell out extremely quickly. Head to the artist event page at Live Nation for information on further on-sales, such as the General Public on sale.

The tickets I purchased through a Vodafone Pre-sale have been cancelled, postponed or rescheduled. How do I get help?

If a concert is cancelled, postponed or rescheduled, email communications will be sent out to all ticket holders by the Ticket Agent and will be communicated across Live Nation channels. Please head to Live Nation or the official ticketing partner website for more information.

I have a question about tickets purchased through the Vodafone Pre-sale, who do I contact?

For queries related to tickets, please contact the ticketing agent. For any Ticketmaster related enquiries please contact Ticketmaster. For any Ticketek related enquiries please contact Ticketek. Final tickets are available to current Vodafone mobile customers who successfully register for a final tickets code on the relevant artist or event ticketing page.
