Trade ID information email&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Once you&rsquo;ve completed the device assessment, we&rsquo;ll send you a Trade ID information email with your estimated trade-in credit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;4. Head to Australia Post or a Vodafone store&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Within 14 days, take your trade-in device and Trade ID information email to a Vodafone store or mail your device to Asurion at an Australia Post office.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Can I trade-in my old  phone?

&lt;p&gt;Unfortunately, we&rsquo;re no longer offering Vodafone Keep Talking Insurance. When you upgrade your device, your current insurance will be automatically removed.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;With Vodafone Swap &amp;amp; Go, you can swap your device and screen for any reason.
